An embedded Fractional CTO, CIO, or CDO can participate in leadership discussions, establish priorities, work directly with teams and partners, and help drive accountability for results. You gain experienced executive leadership without immediately adding a full-time executive position.
We believe some of the best leadership happens face to face. Depending on the engagement and your needs, we typically target one to two days per week on site, supplemented by remote meetings and availability throughout the engagement.
The exact schedule is structured around your leadership team, priorities, location, and the work that needs to be accomplished. The objective is not simply to be present. It is to become sufficiently integrated into the organization to lead effectively.
